Accessing Your Coversations Inbox

Conversation Inbox – Send and receive course mail.

Students and instructors can use the Conversation Inbox to correspond with each about coursework, activities, and so on. Users can access their Inbox to view, read, and compose messages.

Find and click the Conversations Inbox Link from the Global Navigation menu.

All your conversations are shown on the left side. You can see who the conversation is with, how many messages there are, and a few lines from the newest message in each conversation.

 

You can filter which group of messages you would like to view by simply clicking on the Inbox drop-down menu and making a selection. Archived messages aren't deleted, they're just moved out of your inbox, so you  can access them again if needed.

 

 Click on the contact book icon, and you can filter your inbox by selecting a name, course, or group.

 When you select a conversation, all the messages for that conversation are shown in the panel on the right. When conversations get long, you can always scroll down to see earlier messages
